Hi, I’m Sarah.

My name is Sarah Stowens. I’m an educator and advocate living in Wilmington, Delaware. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Occidental College and Master of Arts in Education from New York University. I am currently pursing my Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership at Wilmington University.

This website is a part of my doctoral work as I strive to know more, do better, and support students holistically. I am hoping to help other higher ed professionals learn more about the current state of mental health awareness and resources as well as what we can do as a community to move forward!
